Standard Returns Policy

Here at 96 Boots we offer a standard 14-day returns policy on any brand new pairs. The item(s) must be unworn and in the exact condition that they arrived in.

The 14-day return period starts from the original date of purchase. Any return postage is at the buyers cost, we recommend using a tracked / signed for delivery option. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds on any worn football boots. Returns are also not accepted on any accessories. Please bear this in mind prior to your purchase.
